APPRECIATION FOR WORK DONE BY NOMALANGA GUMEDE

As National Secretary of the League of Former Police Officials I often have to liase with Nomalanga Gumede of your personnel  regarding health matters pertaining to our members.

Polmed member, Mr van Zyl, had problems with outstanding accounts. I made an appointment with Nomalanga to see Mr van Zyl on 24 February 2009 and to attend to his problems.

Mr van Zyl gave me feedback of his meeting with Nomalanga and was highly impressed with the friendly and utmost professional manner in which she conducted the interview and the manner she resolved his problems.

May I personally and on behalf of all our members convey our appretiation for the unselfish work done by Nomalanga.

Nomalanga is an asset to your organisation.

Natasha,

Thank you so much for your very kind assistance over the past few days in helping me to resolve outstanding issues relating to the supply of my husband's chronic and renal medication. Your sympathetic ear and quick response in dealing with the issues at hand are much appreciated. While I was at first rather skeptical about having to change suppliers and very concerned about the possible delays and/or mix ups that could have occurred by having to change to Medipost, I must admit that you have successfully allayed any fears that I had.  I look forward to a long relationship with Medipost.

As far as payment of excess amounts/charges are concerned, I would appreciate it if you could rather send me via e-mail, all monthly statements so that I can keep track of payments due. As the Renal Unit usually opens the parcel to store the Venofer and Eprex, it sometimes happens that the delivery documentation is not always returned to the parcel with the remaining medication and I would not want to have to delay any later deliveries due to non-payment.

Natasha,

Ek wil u graag gelukwens met die uitstekende diens wat u lewer.  Dit is die eerste keer dat ek van u dienste gebruik maak nadat ek van u dienste in die Polmed se nuusblad van April 2008 gelees het.  Ek het gisteroggend deur die loop van die oggend my voorskrif aan u deurgefaks en onmiddellik  daarna ‘n sms ontvang om mee te deel dat  my voorskrif verwerk word.  Ek het ook met 'n Antoinette gepraat - en wat ‘n vriendelike dame.  Gistermiddag het ek weer ‘n sms ontvang om te sê my medikasie is weg met die koerier en vanoggend 8-uur toe ek in my kantoor instep is die pakkie afgelewer.
 
Nogmals dankie vir u wonderlike diens -   DOEN SO VOORT.
